Q.  What computer requirements does Power Dispatch require?

A.  This software only requires that you have a connection to the internet.

Q. How do I save my company information, since Power Dispatch is online only?

A. Power Dispatch is hosted on Rack Space, which is backed up and secured.  You can also save any information straight to Excel for offline use.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of dispatchers I can have logged on to the software at one time?

A. Power Dispatch supports unlimited users. Users can have multiple levels of permission, all of which can be set in the Power Dispatch settings.

Q. How many jobs can I have open at one time?

A. We support unlimited jobs as well and all of your data is stored online.

Q. How does Power Dispatch handle SMS texting.

A. The software settings allow you to enter in your technicians phone number as well as the carrier.  The software then uses the carriers website to send free SMS text messages about job information straight to the technician.

Q. Is there any charge for using Credit Cards?

A. No. Power Dispatch allows you to authorize credit cards freely with no charges.

Q. What features does Power Dispatch Lite come with?

A. Power Dispatch Lite has every feature that Pro has, but is not in real time. This is ideal for contractors that need the freedom to log on and add information at convenient times.
